“In August 2024, I, along with a group of 10 colleagues attended the "Thrive Neurodiversity in the Workplace Champion" workshop facilitated by Nicke. The session was both insightful and engaging from start to finish. Nicke fostered a relaxed and welcoming environment that encouraged active participation from all attendees. While some colleagues were initially hesitant about the training, Nicke effectively demonstrated its value, helping them gain a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and how to foster a more inclusive workplace. I would happily engage Nicke again for future training sessions.”
“Passionately committed’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Phil. Having previously engaged Phil to support a number of senior leaders with their own development, I knew what to expect, and I was not disappointed. ”
“Nicke was a fantastic instructor. She was knowledgeable, inclusive and encouraging. She paced the session well, and approached subjects with sensitivity.”
“Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant. Cannot recommend Mo highly enough. A fantastic coach and mind ninja. And an ace lovely person. Hire her!”
