“Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant. Cannot recommend Mo highly enough. A fantastic coach and mind ninja. And an ace lovely person. Hire her!”
“It's really helped me to understand the fundamentals and challenges of how someone who is neurodivergent see's the world and day-to-day tasks different to myself. ”
“Mo delivered some excellent training organised for a management cohort at our London office. The pre-work alone was worth its weight and then when Mo started the session it was obvious we were in for an educational and fun day. Tips and advice flowed at all times and all delivered with knowledge and passion for the subject.
Absolutely talk to Mo to see how she can help you!

“It has been my very good fortune to know Phil in his Leadership and Teambuilding role and also as a Mental Health First Aid trainer. In both roles I have found Phil to be very supportive and generous with his time. He has become someone whose opinion I really value.”
“Following on from the sessions we have implemented real and sustained change to the business, using that lens Mo helped us learn to look through. Would absolutely recommend and love to train with again in the future.”
“Nicke, was fantastic. She provided a safe environment where people felt comfortable to share their experiences which really enriched the sessions - it was interesting to hear other people’s personal experiences from a variety of job sectors and roles. Her knowledge of the broad topics and mental health space was impressive, and she delivered the content with sensitivity and humour in the right places. She encouraged participation without it feeling ‘teacher-like’ and the group had some really insightful discussions.”
Let’s start the journey together to unlocking your organisation’s full potential.
