This full day face to face or 2 half days virtually includes the Champions course plus a further half day developing specific management skills.
This includes lots of discussion and problem solving as well as identifying real life reasonable adjustments that can be implemented after the course, how to improve communication with different neurotypes and how to use one simple, practical, structure to protect both business and employee and ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
Participants will receive a CPD certificate, digital ‘flipping book’ course manual and digital badge showing that they are neurodiverse aware managers, plus access to the resource hub filled with materials and information to support their development in this area.
In addition the managers have unlimited access to the trainers group to help get answers to questions that come up in future.
At the end of this session your managers will be able to confidently approach and articulate their intent to create a fully inclusive workplace for all.
