“Excellent course and Nicke was a first-class instructor. Was everything I was looking for and would recommend this training.”
“It has been my very good fortune to know Phil in his Leadership and Teambuilding role and also as a Mental Health First Aid trainer. In both roles I have found Phil to be very supportive and generous with his time. He has become someone whose opinion I really value.”
“Teambuilding sessions with Phil are always energetic and fun and leave the team stronger and more enthusiastic than when they started. Whilst the subject matter can be very daunting and in undeniably serious Phil's Mental Health First Aid course still manages to be lively and enjoyable whilst always being respectful of the subject matter. “In August 2024, I, along with a group of 10 colleagues attended the "Thrive Neurodiversity in the Workplace Champion" workshop facilitated by Nicke. The session was both insightful and engaging from start to finish. Nicke fostered a relaxed and welcoming environment that encouraged active participation from all attendees. While some colleagues were initially hesitant about the training, Nicke effectively demonstrated its value, helping them gain a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and how to foster a more inclusive workplace. I would happily engage Nicke again for future training sessions.”
“Amanda was a brilliant instructor, very easy to talk to, engaging, friendly and approachable. I liked the course as there were a lot of real-life examples, lots of discussions and mixed group work. There was only a small amount of PowerPoint slides used which was good and it felt more like a discussion than being presented at!

“Following on from the sessions we have implemented real and sustained change to the business, using that lens Mo helped us learn to look through. Would absolutely recommend and love to train with again in the future.”
