Happy employees = happier customers = greater growth
“Nicke, was fantastic. She provided a safe environment where people felt comfortable to share their experiences which really enriched the sessions - it was interesting to hear other people’s personal experiences from a variety of job sectors and roles. Her knowledge of the broad topics and mental health space was impressive, and she delivered the content with sensitivity and humour in the right places. She encouraged participation without it feeling ‘teacher-like’ and the group had some really insightful discussions.”
“Great session, hugely helping and engaging! Really loved the two days and feel I have taken so much away and enjoyed myself. I found Amanda to be conscientious, competent, aware, engaging and personable.

“In August 2024, I, along with a group of 10 colleagues attended the "Thrive Neurodiversity in the Workplace Champion" workshop facilitated by Nicke. The session was both insightful and engaging from start to finish. Nicke fostered a relaxed and welcoming environment that encouraged active participation from all attendees. While some colleagues were initially hesitant about the training, Nicke effectively demonstrated its value, helping them gain a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and how to foster a more inclusive workplace. I would happily engage Nicke again for future training sessions.”
“Lovely experience! Amanda was very engaging and maintained a fun atmosphere throughout the course.2 days well spent.

“It's really helped me to understand the fundamentals and challenges of how someone who is neurodivergent see's the world and day-to-day tasks different to myself. ”
