You know if you work a muscle it gets stronger. We now know that Neural Pathways are the same. The mood that you “do” most often is the one that gets strongest. If you ‘do’ uncertain most of the time it becomes your default setting. You go there and stay there with ease.
Action:
Write down the 3 moods that you spend most of your time in. If you would prefer other moods , think of how you could exercise those pathways. How could you do those moods more often to make them stronger and become your new default.
